Return Policy


Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date for a return authorization. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, AND must be sent prepaid in saleable condition in original packaging. All return merchandise, except orders that we incorrectly filled may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

ALL ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROLS:  As is an industry standard, returns for electronic controls must be returned for a complete test and re-certification.  This process can take up to 90 days and the customer will be responsible for any and all charges associated with the re-certification process, including shipping charges and certification charges.  In the event the control does not pass the re-certification process, no credit will be given.

All goods are sold by either are sold as is, without any warranties, express or implied, including the implied warrant of merchantability, except as stated herein. The only warranties of the goods are those, if any, which are expressly made by the manufacturer. The sole and exclusive remedies in the event of any breach of warranty are (1) a claim for return of the goods and refund of the purchase price or (2) replacement of the defective product. In no event shall or HP Retailers be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
